The Worry Time article from my blog attracted 2500 hits in the first week after it was published in Red Tricycle on 11/10/20. It appears as if childhood worry is rising as rapidly as COVID-19 cases. That’s a lot of worried parents and kids. The strategies of Worry Time combined with making the Worry Box are so easy that every parent should have them in their tool box. Combine these strategies with talking back to the Worry Monster and you have amazing, research-based ways to reduce your child’s anxiety.
